I got this item based on the first review of the mother with the son with neck problems. I was in a car accident and got a herniated disk in my neck that ‘goes out’ of alignment a couple times a week and I’ll have migraine/back ache that radiates from my neck leaving me pretty much disabled. I couldn’t count on waking up and feeling good. I was forcing myself to work thru the pain and nausea, but if it lasted more than 1 day I would miss work. No pain reliever medicine would even make a difference. I previously ordered other infrared devices (a clip-on light (to my headboard on my bed) and a handheld portable device). They would help slightly, but didn’t use them much because I still needed my hands to work and you really need the device close on the skin to be effective. Yesterday I had a migraine that finally ‘lifted’ (I think I got it popped back into place) but I was still sore. I came home and it was waiting for me. I put it on and within a minute the soothing heat felt so good right where I needed it. After the 20 minute session I felt SIGNIFICANT relief. I won’t fully know how it helps until I have another migraine, but any degree of relief is greatly appreciated and so far I’m very impressed. Also, the fact that it’s hands free and portable enough to carry in my work bag makes it much more useful for me.

Super easy operate product. Coming with 3 tiers of heat that can help relieve the tiredness. Have been daily using it since arrive.

I got this for my son because his job puts a lot of strain on his neck, and I’m glad I did. I use it as well, and my neck has never felt better. This neck warmer uses red light therapy, which not only helps with neck aches, but blood circulation and fatigue as well! It’s so easy to use, I just charge it, press the on button, and that’s literally it. I highly recommend this for everyone, especially at such a great price.
