KOZE Health - Red Light Therapy

I recently got the KOZE mini. I haven’t had it long enough to actually test the benefits, but all the studies out there proving the effectiveness of Red Light Therapy, I am super excited!
The unit it small, but you can tell it’s powerful. I turn it on in the evening while i’m cooking or doing the dishes and it lights up my whole kitchen! (I wear as little clothing as possible to get the maximum benefits!)
The battery life is phenomenal as well. I’ve been using it for over a week and haven’t had to recharge it.
I REALLY love our sleep bulbs! We set up a lamp with a sleep bulb in each room in our house on a smart plug so they turn on at 6:30 pm.
Our kiddos are wound down and ready for bed by 7:30. It’s amazing! It keeps the mood in our house more calm as well, which is amazing because our daughter has ADD and is pretty rambunctious and has melt downs at night. This has been a big gamechanger.
The customer service of KOZE is exceptional as well! I’ve had all my questions answered in a very timely manner and you can tell they really care about their products and their customers.
As a mother, and owner of a company who coaches women’s health – I’m constantly looking for the best health investments for me, my family, and my clients.

I definitely think KOZE has been an amazing one worth every penny!

I’ve been regularly using my red light panel for about 6 weeks. This was the only dramatic change in my self care routine outside of beginning CrossFit 3 weeks ago. I can honestly say that my ability to recover from these hellish workouts have been astonishing. Direct correlations to using this unit. I’ve been sleeping deeper and although there is no objective data I can track, I truly feel my anxiety has diminished.
I have placed this unit in my performance physical therapy office and offer it for my clients. I am confident this will help them reach their goals faster.
