Researched RLT and decided to give it a try to help relieve my fibro myalgia pain, especially my lower back. I didn’t want to invest too much money on technology that I wasn’t familiar with, I found this light, with a good price point and gave it a chance! After 1 wk of use, I saw significant reduction of pain. After 2 wks of use (2xs day, 15-20 ea session) my pain improved by 80%! I wish I knew of this year’s as ago! I have two of these and I use them daily to manage my symptoms…so grateful I found red light therapy!

Overall, it’s sturdy enough and a good value, compared to similar products with similar specs. The swivel mount is a little weak for the weight of the light, but it serves well enough with a little finagling.
Whether it has any true therapeutic benefit is hard to say, but it does seem to operate as promised and the price was right.
