I got this because I am trying desperately to avoid surgery on my knee…its made to fit the knee but would also work on elbows or ankles because of how it is designed…it has a soothing heat and vibration along with the red lights… I’ve been putting it on first thing in the morning and so far its been helping some with the stiffness and pain…..it has 3 pulse setting and Shut off times… its very flexable and it has a split power cord so if you are on the go you can hook it to a power bank and wear it while moving around.

This light therapy wrap is designed more for smaller areas that needs be to wrapped around such as the legs and shoulders. There is split in the middle so you can wrap the belt around for a secure fit as opposed to the straight belt that normal just goes around the stomach. I suppose these can go around the stomach if needed, but it wouldn’t be a straight across. The velcro is strong to keep the belt in place and there are different intensity settings based on preference. The belt does relieve some minor aches after 30min of use.
What I like:
1. Made to wrap around areas of body
2. Strong velcro
3. Multiple intensity settings

1. Not made for the stomach

I purchased this item after watching a webinar about neuropathy that used the red LED-infrared light therapy for treatment.
I have been using this devise for a couple of days and the neuropathy in both of my feet appears to be greatly reduced.
I start to ‘feel’ both feet again. It benefits more when I used this device more frequently.
I purchased a single one this time and wished to get an additional one sometime in the future.
I do recommend this product.

This is like a very hot envelope to put your foot in. As you can imagine, it gets very sweaty and uncomfortable even at the lowest setting. The lights are only along the 2 sides so no light is directly facing the bottom of your foot, or along the back of your heel/ankle, which is a big issue for me considering this is such a specialized item (it’s made for the foot). I found a flat wrap version that you can fold or wrap around works much better for getting to the areas your foot actually needs the light therapy.
